Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (48 Contiguous States)

We offer standard shipping via UPS / FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Alaska & Hawaii

Additional remote area surcharges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently we ship within the U.S. only.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped from outside the U.S.: As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption has been eliminated. All imports, regardless of value, are subject to tariffs and customs filings. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. We recommend using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping at checkout to avoid unexpected fees—this ensures all duties are prepaid and there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier once tracking shows "Delivered". For damages during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns due to buyer's change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the customer
