At HomeHaven, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Final sale, clearance, gift cards, and used or washed items are non-returnable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Wrong Items
